    We look at the work your team repeats, where time is lost and what keeps getting stuck. You get a written plan showing which tasks to tackle first, what AI could do and where a person needs to stay involved.

    You can use the plan with us or on your own.

    Put your Map into practice.

    Six to eight weeks

    Your complete 3B Pyramid set up: your Brain written, your existing work organised in the Binder, and your Board ready to manage the work people and AI do.

    Your AI helpers built and set up for your business, connected to your tools and tested on real work.

    Your team trained to use the system, update it and add AI help for more tasks. They learn by using it on real projects.

    Keep improving it together.

    We meet each week to review the work, see what's getting stuck and decide what needs to change. Each month, we build or improve how AI helps with one part of your work and keep the Brain up to date as your business changes.

    The first 30 days are included with Core, or 45 days with Full.

    When your team is ready to run it themselves, we hand it over. If you hire someone to run it, we'll train them too.

It stays when people go.

Your instructions, finished work and AI setup stay with the business. If someone leaves, the next person can find what's been built and pick up the work.

That applies to us too. Your team learns how to use and update the system, so you can keep building on it when our work together ends.

Do we need to be technical?

No. We set up the AI and the system, then train your team to use them. Usually one or two people work directly with the AI. Everyone else uses the board and gets an email when something needs their input.

What if we don't know where AI could help?

That's what the Map is for. We look at how your company works, where time is being lost and where AI could help. You get a written plan showing what to tackle first.

We already use AI. Can we build on what we've done?

We look at what's already useful, including instructions and finished work, and bring the relevant parts into the shared system so your team can use them.

What tools will we need?

The system connects to your company's own Claude Code or Codex account. We set up the shared board, organise your instructions and finished work, and connect the tools needed for the work we've agreed.

How much time will our team need to give this?

The Map starts with a 45-minute call and takes about one afternoon of your team's time across two weeks. During the Install, your team takes part in training and tries the setup on real work. We'll agree who needs to be involved before we start.

What will a person still need to check?

We agree that with you before building anything. Money, contracts and work your clients will see need a named person's approval. The board keeps track of those requests and emails the person who needs to check the work.

What do we pay for after the setup?

You'll pay separately for the software and AI subscriptions your team uses. We'll explain which tools you need and what they cost before you commit.

If you want us to keep working with you after the included Partner period, there's a separate monthly fee.

What happens if we stop working with you?

You keep the instructions, finished work, AI setup and connections we've built. Your team can carry on using them and making changes. You'll still need the software and AI subscriptions they run on.
